Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Network and Security Operations Specialist to manage and maintain critical network and security infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance across multiple platforms. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement network best practices and address operational challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems, primarily focusing on Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco (Switching & Routing).
• Resolve complex networking issues with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Leverage ServiceNow for incident management, adhering to ITIL best practices.
• Work with teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network and security issues.

What we'd love to see?

• Experience as a Network Engineer within an MSP or large enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Switches and Routers and comfortable configuring and managing them via Cisco CLI
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto or Fortinet Firewalls

A plus if you have...

• Exposure to Cisco Meraki
• Hands on experience with F5 Load Balancers LTM & GTM
• Exposure to Cisco SD-WAN
• Familiarity with EVPN
• Exposure to Logic Monitor or similar
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL Processes
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, PCNSE, ITIL, or equivalent
