Why This Role

You’ll be joining a product-led technology company building performance intelligence software used in professional sport at the highest level.

The platform helps teams turn complex performance and health data into clear insight, supporting better decisions in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. It’s already used by thousands of teams across multiple leagues and continents.

The mobile apps are central to how users interact with the product. This role exists to help evolve those apps, improving usability, performance, and reliability as the platform continues to scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
• Designing intuitive mobile experiences that make complex data easy to understand
• Writing scalable, well-tested code with a strong focus on performance and reliability
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release processes
• Working closely with Product, Design, and domain experts to prototype and deliver new features
• Helping improve engineering standards, patterns, and technical direction as the team grows

What They’re Looking For

• 4 + years experience building and shipping production iOS applications
• Strong knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI
• Experience working with APIs (REST / GraphQL) and real-time data
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile deployment workflows
• A solid testing mindset (unit tests, UI tests, automation)
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
