Junior Operation Analyst

Robert Half Italia is a company operating in the field of recruitment, selection, and project management. It is authorized for an indefinite period to provide staffing services under Ministerial Authorization Prot. n. 0000095 dated 03/08/2018.

We are looking for a Junior Operation Analyst to join a leading global food production company. This is an opportunity for junior profile to kickstart their career in Procurement. You will receive 1–2 months of dedicated training from onsite experts in Luxembourg to ensure you have all the tools to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• PR Management: Review Purchase Requisitions in Ariba, performing technical checks and coordinating with focal points to ensure data accuracy.
• Order Execution: Process tickets via ServiceNow and create Purchase Orders (Direct Materials & Supply Chain) within SAP ECC.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage work items by following up with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related bottlenecks.
• Communication: Handle email inquiries from both internal departments and external suppliers.
• Reporting: Execute operational reporting activities to track procurement performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and tools like SAP, Ariba, or ServiceNow is a plus, but not mandatory (we provide training!).
• Soft Skills: Clear, empathetic, and structured communication. You should be professional and solution-oriented when dealing with stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: Basic data analysis skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Language: Fluency in English is essential.

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (CET).
• Holiday Policy: According to the Luxembourg calendar.
• Location: Luxembourg (Hybrid). You don't need to be a resident of Luxembourg, but a 40/50% onsite presence is required.
• Duration: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (Feb 2026 – Feb 2027)
• Salary: €28,000 - €30,000 Gross/Year
