Are you a DevOps Engineer with a passion for streamlining release processes and championing ITIL best practices? We are seeking a skilled professional to join a key project for one of our customers in Luxembourg.

This is a hands-on contract role where you will be central to deployment, release management, and driving automation initiatives within a dynamic DevOps environment.

Your Mission:

You will ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our customer’s deployment pipelines and IT service management processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to system stability, automated workflows, and effective cross-divisional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Change, Incident, Problem, Deployment, and Release processes.
• Design, set up, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and release deployment processes.
• Act as a coordinator and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within IT Service Management.
• Package releases, produce documentation, and support root cause analysis investigations.
• Proactively review and propose improvements to automate tasks and optimize operations.
• Maintain and support applications, tools, and middleware (e.g., JBOSS EAP, Tomcat, nginx).
• Utilize a modern DevOps stack including GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Jira, and Nexus.

What You Bring (Must-Have Skills):

• Proven experience in Release Management and ITIL best practices.
• Strong hands-on skills with GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows system administration and performance monitoring.
• Experience with middleware (e.g., JBOSS EAP), web servers (Apache, nginx), and databases (Sybase, Oracle).
• Solid scripting skills (Unix bash, Groovy) and programming knowledge (Python, Java).
• Excellent coordination skills and fluency in English (verbal and written).
• A European nationality is required for this position

• Location: Luxembourg (On-Site)
• Duration: 10th February 2026 - 31st December 2027
• Rate: €450 per day
