Duration: 1 year freelance contract (extension possible)

Mandatory Requirements(need to be referenced in the CV):

• University Degree (Msc is preferred though not mandatory) in IT or a related Technology field
• 7+ years of experience on a related field.
• Proven Experience with:

o Software development methodologies and release management in a DevOps environment

o ITIL best practices

o Sybase and Oracle databases

o Scripting languages (Unix bash, Groovy, or equivalent)

o Programming languages (Python, Java, or equivalent)

o Web applications (Tomcat, nginx, Apache)

o Code versioning system (GitHub, Azure DevOps)

o Release management

• Release planning
• Reporting progress, risks and issues

o Incident management

• Analysis
• Risk, impact assessment
• Follow-up and coordination

o OS (Linux/ Windows system performance monitoring and debugging)

o Middleware JBOSS EAP or equivalent

o Sybase, Oracle SQL

o GitHub, Nexus, Jenkins, Sonar, Jira, Azure DevOps, Ansible

o Written and verbal communication in English

o Coordination, cooperation

Tasks:

• Change, Incident, Problem and Deployment and Release management
• Setup and maintain client's release deployment processes
• Act as coordinator in IT Service Management processes
• Packaging and documenting releases according to client's policies
• Support activities
• Take requests/issues’ ownership and act as Single Point of Contact towards IT users and if applicable GDO/BSD/LD division
• Use DEVOPS tools for CI/CD process
• Produce, Review and Update Operational documentation
• Assist in problem Root Cause Analysis investigation
