Project Manager (M/F)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Innovation team.

Your Missions

• Managing the assigned projects:
• Determining the scope, actions and resources needed.
• Coordinating the interactions of the participants.
• Monitoring the tasks.
• Documenting the progress of the projects.
• Providing periodic updates.
• Taking decisions within the agreed boundaries.
• Ensuring the deliverables of the projects are incorporated into the targeted processes.
• Raising alerts and escalations when needed.
• Performing analysis and testing when needed.
• Participating in the regular updates to the macro-planning of projects.
• Any other project related activities that may arise.
  

Your Profile

• Very solid knowledge in unit-linked life insurance.
• Strong experience in IT and technology.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in transformational initiatives.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to positively communicate with people from different roles and cultures.
• University degree in finance or economics is a plus.
• A project management certification is a plus.
