Product Manager

We’re looking for an IT Product Manager with a strong technical background and solid knowledge, to lead the evolution of our Customer Experience (CX) platforms.

📌 This is a hybrid position (2 days from the office, 3 days from home).

💻 What profile are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in technology-driven environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and CX platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Genesys, or similar tools.
• High level of English and French are required, as you will work in an international environment with multicultural teams.
