UI Designer

On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a UI Designer.

Role: UI Designer

Start: ASAP

Location: 3 days onsite in Sofia

Language: English

We are looking for Frontend Developers to design and implement responsive, intuitive, and performant UIs for our AI-driven Support Prompting Framework. You’ll work closely with UX designers, full-stack developers, and product owners to deliver front-end experiences that improve support efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Build modern, modular UIs using React (or similar frameworks) for support interfaces.
• Integrate AI prompt suggestions and agent interactions into the UI.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with backend teams to handle real-time data, conversation logs, and prompt injection pipelines.
• Write reusable components and maintain design system consistency.
• Participate in code reviews and front-end architecture discussions.

Skills:

• 1+ years in frontend development (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with prompt UIs or conversational design is a plus.
• Understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD, and testing frameworks
