Project Manager

Description

• Design build and manage reporting solutions requiring the manipulation and analysis of large datasets using advanced Excel techniques including pivot tables Power Query and complex Excel formulae to meet existing and new reporting requirements focusing on CTOs project portfolio
• Collaborate with the PAM team to identify and implement process automation and improvements
• Deliver administrative support and management for tools such as Clarity and SharePoint
• Ensure compliance with internal and reporting cycles using standard tooling and project management best practice
• Assist with resource management financial tracking and project planning activities as required

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Advanced data analysis experience You must have expert knowledge of Excel including pivot tables Power Query and complex formulae to produce portfolioprogramme performance analysis and dashboards
• Good understanding of Portfolio Project Management frameworks and methodologies eg Waterfall Agile and associated best practice techniques with demonstrable experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role
• Very good knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity PPM MS Project or equivalent for the creation of projects and provision of basic support to users
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills You will interact with Change Transformation Leads Programme Mangers and senior stakeholders with ability to present complex information clearly
• Fast pace Able to work to challenging timescales and deliver accurate information at pace and able to manage expectations of key stakeholders
• Continuous improvement You must be able to challenge conventional approach continuously improving and simplifying ways of working in a dynamically changing environment
• Selfstarter Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small team
