Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Front-end Developer with deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and strong experience delivering high‑quality, scalable user interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in component‑based architecture, enjoys mentoring team members, and collaborates closely within an Agile environment to deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will design, build, and optimize front-end applications using React.js and related technologies. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and product owners to create intuitive, performant, and maintainable interfaces that support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build scalable and reusable UI components using React.js and Redux for state management.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Integrate UI components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement front-end best practices, including component-based architecture, clean code, and maintainable patterns.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborate through pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI) to support automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Ensure application performance, accessibility, and responsive UI/UX across devices and browsers.
• Document development processes, architecture decisions, and technical recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Redux.
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture and modern front-end design patterns.
• Experience working with Git and contributing to Agile/Scrum teams.
• Practical experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database concepts.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript in production environments.
• Familiarity with unit and end‑to‑end testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or similar.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, or similar).
