As we scale our platform and expand our product offerings, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive exceptional user experiences.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for one or more core product lines (e.g., mapping automation, proposal generation, site audit).
• Work closely with engineering, design, AI/ML teams, and go-to-market stakeholders to launch high-impact features.
• Gather insights from customers, sales, and market research to define requirements and validate product-market fit.
• Break down complex problems into clear product specs with a sharp focus on usability and business value.
• Define and monitor success metrics, using data to iterate quickly and improve product performance.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer and align product priorities with company OKRs.
• Mentor other PMs and contribute to building a world-class product culture.

What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of shipping successful products.
• Experience working with Vision AI/ML or geospatial products is a strong plus.
• Skilled with utilising generative AI tools for boosting product workflows as well as building agents based on gen AI models to create experiences for end customers as well as automate job workflows inhouse.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and ownership.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points For

• Background in GIS, computer vision, mapping platforms, or related domains.
• Experience in field service industries (landscaping, snow, facility maintenance, construction, etc.).
• Technical or Management degree.
