Cyber Security Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Cybersecurity Specialist/Engineer with experience in strengthening the cybersecurity posture and embedding senior-level security expertise within the team. This role is ideal for a plug-and-play security professional who can quickly add value, collaborate effectively, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve vulnerability management processes, from detection to remediation
• Design, operate, and optimize logging and monitoring to ensure timely threat detection
• Lead and support incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and lessons learned
• Provide hands-on cybersecurity expertise across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments
• Act as a trusted IT Security expert, mentoring team members and influencing security best practices

Profile

• Strong practical experience in IT security and cyber defence
• Proven ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with minimal ramp-up
• Senior mindset with the ability to inject expertise, structure, and confidence into the team
