Working As An Information Security Specialist, You Will

  • Collaborate with the Security Operations Team (managed security service provider) to handle daily incident responses effectively
  • Develop and support security awareness programs to enhance knowledge and best practices across the organization
  • Identify potential improvements in the security posture of digital platforms, including M365, Azure, and Oracle Fusion
  • Implement security enhancements directly or work closely with teams such as Applications, Cloud Infrastructure, and Networking to deliver these improvements
  • Provide security advisory services for new digital projects, including assessing potential vendors and offering recommendations during the solution design phase
  • Assist in coordinating major security incidents and managing incident response activities
  • Support compliance initiatives to meet security standards like PCI DSS, GDPR, NIS2, and SWIFT CSCF

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity (candidates with less experience but strong motivation and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage business stakeholders and explain security concepts in non-technical terms.
  • Experience in security configuration for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
  • (Optional) Experience working with the PCI DSS compliance framework.
  • (Optional) Familiarity with the NIS2 directive and its requirements.
  • (Optional) Experience working within or alongside a Security Operations Center (SOC).
