Head of Human Resources

We are looking for a Head of Human Resources to lead our dynamic HR team and play a key role in supporting and developing our most valuable asset – our people! What You Will Do

• Ensure the effective and seamless delivery of all HR processes, including talent acquisition, offices administration, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and employee experience.
• Lead and manage the HR team, including the Talent Acquisition team, HR Operations Specialist, and Office Administrator.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Organise and manage the annual performance review and goal-setting cycle.
• Coordinate employee development initiatives and competency assessment solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of compensation and benefits practices.
• Initiate and support employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance of HR processes with applicable labour laws and regulations.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong hands-on focus on operational HR and end-to-end HR process management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing HR teams and managing cross-functional HR processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR initiatives.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English language.
• Experience working in IT services domain (project-based organisation) would be considered as an advantage.
