IT Incident Manager

Experis Luxembourg is seeking an Incident Manager for one of its clients!

Your responsibilities

• Drive and continuously improve incident management processes
• Lead the resolution of major and critical incidents and ensure clear stakeholder communication
• Coordinate IT, cybersecurity and business teams during incident situations
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvement actions
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to preventive initiatives
• Support incident simulations, training activities, and IT service continuity efforts
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and group-level standards

Your profile

• Proven experience in IT Incident Management, ideally in a regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and operational risk principles
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with structure and pragmatism
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
