Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Solution Consultant Payroll. The Solution Consultant will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and implementing payroll solutions for clients. The responsibilities include conducting thorough business requirement analysis, providing functional expertise, configuring payroll systems, and ensuring proper integration with other business applications. This role also involves delivering training sessions, assisting clients during implementation, and providing on-going support to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Payroll systems, implementation processes, and payroll regulations.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar software.
• Proficiency in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and system integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Prior experience in consulting or collaborating with medium to large enterprises is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in remote and multicultural team settings.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
