Data Engineer wanted!

You will drive and support data ingestion, staging, processing and serving using MS Azure services.

Main tasks:

• Develop, optimize & maintain big data (ELT/ETL) pipelines for purposes of business intelligence and statistical modelling
• Set up and configure data storage systems (e.g. SQL databases, data lake)
• Manage and support production use of connections between key elements of data infrastructure
• Drive engineering best practices (automation, CI/CD, maintainability)
• Collaborate with BI analysts, data scientists, ML engineers in cross-functional team

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Data Engineer
• 2+years of hands-on experience within Azure data components (Data Factory, Synapse, Datalake, Blob Storage, Sharepoint, Databricks)
• Broad skills in Python, SQL, MDX and bash scripting
• Experience with data workflow orchestration (ADF, Databricks Jobs, possibly Airflow)
• Good command of version control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar
• Experience with Snowflake and its use with Azure cloud
• Fluent English - at least B2+/C1
