What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a servant-leader for an Agile team, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and facilitating continuous improvement
• Facilitate team meetings, remove obstacles, and coach the team on Agile principles
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
• Collaborate with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints
• Identify and manage risks while monitoring progress against project goals
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Proven leadership skills and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
• Certified Scrum Master
• SAFe certification
