We are seeking a driven and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to empowering our sales organization, enabling them to excel in customer interactions, execute effectively, and focus on the right opportunities.

Where you'll work:
Our office in Vika, Oslo is a hub for collaboration, featuring inviting communal spaces that encourage interaction and idea sharing. While we provide flexibility, we prefer a physical presence in our office minimally 3 days a week.

We are seeking a driven and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to empowering our sales organization, enabling them to excel in customer interactions, execute effectively, and focus on the right opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage forecasting, including owning and operate the model and the cadence around the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process.
- Own KPI reporting, and build and operate quota models and plans for the global sales team.
- Collaborate with IT and sales teams to optimize tools, CRM utilization, and sales strategies.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, improve performance, and enhance customer engagement.
- Develop dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to align with business objectives.
- Degree in a quantitative field (Master’s preferred; Bachelor’s with relevant experience considered).
- Proven experience in analytics, business development, or consulting roles, ideally in a B2B sales environment.
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) and CRM systems.
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and communication.
