We are looking for a Business Data Analyst / Power BI expert with a strong business mindset who can confidently work with senior stakeholders. This role is about more than dashboards: you will translate business questions into insights and communicate them clearly to management, including C-level stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports
• Work with SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Manage and improve ETL processes to ensure high data quality
• Collaborate closely with the business and C-suite to define KPIs
• Present insights in a clear, non-technical way to support decisions

What we’re looking for

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis or BI
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (Certifications are a bonus)
• Solid experience with ETL and data preparation
• Very good SQL skills
• Fluent Dutch
• Strong communication skills and proven stakeholder management
• Clear business mindset - this is key
