SALES ANALYST ITALY

Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Sales Analyst to join our team and support commercial decision-making through data-driven insights. This role plays a key part in enabling the sales organization to perform at its best by providing tools, performance tracking, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support sales performance tracking.
• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Manage and enrich customer databases to improve segmentation, targeting and opportunities mapping.
• Provide analytical support to the Sales team, enabling more effective planning and execution.
• Support sales team to create insights and actions for customer meeting
• Being the point of contact for KAM & NAM for all data points
• Collaborate with the LAR team to support the development of strategic sales plans and forecast.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders
• Being responsible for the data system changes with our external provider

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with sales data, performance metrics, and customer analytics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
