Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a Strategy& Luxembourg - (Senior) Manager (m/f/d). What if it was you? 

Your mission: Strategy& Luxembourg is seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Manager to join its growing team focused on: (1) advising multilateral development banks, international financial institutions, and global partnerships, and (2) sustainable finance. The successful candidate will bring a history of thought leadership and practical experience to support clients in navigating complex global challenges.

Be a part of our team where you will:  

• Support engagements with MDBs, IFIs, and global partnerships, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations;
• Develop and implement strategies related to sustainable finance across a broad range of clients and industries;
• Demonstrate and support thought leadership through publications, presentations, and more;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the development finance ecosystem;
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations;
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture;
• Stay abreast of global trends, regulatory developments, and innovations in sustainable finance and international development.
  
  

Let’s talk about you. If you...

• Hold an advanced degree in Economics, Finance, International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field;
• Bring 6–8 years of relevant experience, ideally within a consulting firm, MDB, IFI, or global partnership organization;
• Have a proven track record of delivering strategic advisory services in development finance and sustainability;
• Possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills;
• Thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments;
• Demonstrate thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or policy contributions;
• Have experience working with or advising institutions such as the World Bank, IMF, EIB, EBRD, or UN agencies;
• Are fluent in English - with additional languages such as French or Spanish considered an asset;
• Are passionate about driving positive impact through sustainable finance and global collaboration.
