Join a digital banking consulting practice serving global Financial Services clients. Advise and deliver end-to-end core banking transformations on Avaloq, combining business analysis, solution design, and system customization.

Our consultants partner with major financial institutions and public entities to design and implement digital banking solutions powered by leading platforms like Avaloq. You will work in an international, multidisciplinary team focused on core banking transformation and wealth management.

Your contribution to our success

• Lead client interactions and stakeholder alignment as a trusted advisor
• Analyse and document banking requirements; design banking and technical solutions
• Translate business needs into Avaloq requirements, workflows, and customizations
• Drive end-to-end core banking system transformations from analysis to go-live
• Identify optimization opportunities in Avaloq and contribute to proposals/tenders
  
  

Your Skills

Must have

• Master’s degree in Finance, IT, or Engineering
• 3+ years in FSI consulting with requirements engineering (gap analysis, deviations)
• Full-cycle implementation experience; GIM methodology knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication (written and spoken); strong stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business requirements into Avaloq system specs and workflows
• Proven ability to build eminence and collaborate across teams
• Fluent in English
  
  

Nice to have

• Avaloq ACCP Certification (Major in Core Technologies)
• Hands-on Avaloq module customization and strong parameterization
• Experience supporting analysis documents, test campaigns, UAT, and go-live
• Fluent in French or German
• Exposure to or strong interest in digital transformation and AI/automation in digital banking.
