Audit Transformation Associate October 2026 (m/f/d)

PwC Luxembourg
Luxembourg · Full-time · Associate

PwC Luxembourg is hiring an Audit Transformation Associate (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Innovate. Build. Reinvent. Make your tech skills count at PwC

Are you ready to reimagine what it means to work in Audit? Would you like to contribute to high impact projects in a collaborative and agile environment?

At PwC Luxembourg, we are reimagining the future of audit. As an Audit Transformation Associate, you will be embedded within our audit teams to act as a problem solver and innovation catalyst, using your analytical mindset and engineering skills to transform how we deliver quality audits — powered by technology. You will collaborate closely with auditors, technologists, and business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, design digital solutions, and implement new ways of working that enhance audit quality, efficiency, and insight.

Your role

  • Reinvent audit delivery: Collaborate with audit teams to identify pain points and propose innovative, tech-enabled solutions that improve audit execution and client value.
  • Bridge technology and audit: Act as a translator between engineering and audit, ensuring that digital tools and automation are effectively integrated into audit workflows.
  • Prototype and pilot: Design, test, and iterate on new tools and processes — from automation scripts to data visualization dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
  • Drive continuous improvement: Analyze audit data, feedback, and trends to recommend enhancements and support the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, NLP, RPA).
  • Champion change: Promote a culture of experimentation, agility, and digital curiosity within audit teams.
  • Develop expertise in global standards: Build deep knowledge in accounting standards, sustainability matters and other key regulatory frameworks that shape global and local audit practice.

Your Skills

We’re looking for individuals who are motivated to grow, learn, and contribute. You don’t need to meet every requirement; we encourage you to apply if you’re excited about the role.

Background: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field.

No Audit background? No problem! What matters is your interest in Audit!

Mindset: Curious and motivated to learn, with a mindset for continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with process mapping, automation, or data analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus.
  • Collaborative and communicative — you work well with others, connect ideas, and express yourself clearly.
  • Adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments and diverse projects.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required; French or German is a plus. An additional (European) language is a plus.

What you’ll find when you join us:

  • Be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of audit at PwC Luxembourg.
  • Work in a multicultural, collaborative, and agile environment where your ideas matter.
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and real-world business challenges.
  • Access continuous learning and development opportunities tailored to your growth.
  • Work with our international clients from various industries (funds, operational companies, banks...).
  • No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to support you and reward your contributions. Learn more about them here: Benefits
