Role Description

This is a full-time Cyber Security Consultant role located on-site in Hoofddorp. The Cyber Security Consultant will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security strategies, and protecting technology ecosystems. Daily responsibilities include managing cybersecurity operations, addressing application and network security risks, conducting vulnerability assessments, and ensuring information security compliance. The consultant will work closely with teams to develop and execute robust security solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of demonstrable consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Security to identify, mitigate, and manage risks effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cybersecurity Resilience, Security Compliance, Cloud Security, Application Security, and Network Security, ensuring robust protection of complex technology ecosystems against evolving threats.
• Experience in conducting Vulnerability Assessments to evaluate and address potential risks proactively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to design and implement innovative security solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, MBCM, ISO27001, SABSA, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert, OSCP, GIAC) are a plus.
• Willingness to work occasionally on‑site at our Hoofddorp location, combined with the flexibility and enthusiasm to operate in an international environment.
