Our client are a leader in workplace health solutions, due to recent success they are looking to hire experienced Product Manager to drive innovation and create impactful products that enhance well-being and foster business growth.
The role
As a Product Manager you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and execute a product strategy that aligns with their mission.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Product Development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's product strategy and driving development of innovative solutions
- Prioritise and manage product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans.
- Champion user experience by understanding pain points, behaviours, and needs through research and data analysis.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful launches and product adoption.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
- 5+ years in product management, ideally in the health tech industry.
- Understanding of software development and web technologies
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical acumen.
