Product Brand Manager (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Product Brand Manager responsible for shaping and developing the product narrative and ensuring a clear, consistent value proposition for B2C customers. This role sits at the intersection of product, brand, and design, translating product vision, values, and user needs into concrete product and communication decisions in close collaboration with UX/UI, design, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate sees the product holistically — as a combination of function, form, and meaning — and can build strong, coherent product storytelling. They feel comfortable working across product, design, and communication, have experience in developing digital or consumer products, and are fluent in English.

Your tasks

• Creating and evolving the product storytelling and narrative
• Owning the product message and value proposition for B2C customers
• Co-creating and developing the product’s brand design in close collaboration with UX/UI teams
• Translating product vision, values, and story into clear product and design decisions
• Collaborating with design and technology teams throughout the product development process
• Contributing to product design processes and helping define the product’s future direction
  
  

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in product development projects (digital or consumer)
• Strong knowledge of storytelling and product narrative building
• Experience or strong capabilities in brand design
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI and development teams
• Ability to translate user needs and insights into product decisions
• Experience in taking ownership and accountability for a product domain
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
