We are looking for an Area Manager to drive the Sales in Norway!
In this role you will leverage your sales expertise, commercial acumen, and collaborative mindset to lead and inspire our Retail Partners towards shared success.
What awaits you?
- Be responsible for the overall sales performance of assigned dealers in the Norwegian market.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned Retail Partners, hosting regular sales meetings and fostering strong and strategic relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities across private and corporate channels, lead the planning and execution of targeted sales initiatives.
- Drive business growth through strategic dealer visits and effective collaboration with internal departments such as marketing, product and controlling.
- Utilize data and KPIs to monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement improvement actions to maximize results.
What should you bring along?
- Proven sales experience in the automotive or retail sector, including hands-on field experience with dealer networks.
- Experience in coaching, change management, and driving performance improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and sales data to make informed decisions.
- Proactive, forward-leaning attitude combined with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to maintain structure and effectively prioritize initiatives.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, excel and data analysis tools is a requirement.
- Fluent in both Norwegian language and English.
