Your New Role
This is a senior regional role responsible for shaping and strengthening the organisation's technology and cybersecurity risk management practices across APAC. Reporting into regional IT leadership, you will take ownership of the technology risk framework and lead the enhancement of the technology risk framework across multiple Asian markets, partner closely with business and IT stakeholders, and drive initiatives around governance, cybersecurity controls, regulatory alignment, and third‑party risk.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• 8 to 10 years of experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, or IT GRC, ideally in financial services
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL
• Strong experience in second line of defence (2nd LoD) especially.
• Experience with technology risk assessments, risk registers, and audit management
• Good understanding of APAC regulatory expectations (e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Relevant degree and certifications (CISA, CISSP, CRISC or equivalent)
