About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bethesda, MD. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative web applications and enterprise solutions that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in .NET technologies, modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, and experience with RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph API. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, high-quality digital solutions that meet organizational objectives. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, optimizing databases, and ensuring best practices in security and performance. The position requires a proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies and AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot to enhance development workflows.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least five years of full stack development experience. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and the .NET Framework is essential, complemented by hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Angular. Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph API, as well as strong database design and development skills using Microsoft SQL Server. Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are crucial. Desired skills include experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Azure cloud services, unit testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications utilizing .NET Core / .NET Framework and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular. You will build and consume RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph API to facilitate integration with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems. Developing and optimizing SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with designers and backend developers is essential to ensure the delivery of seamless, high-performance solutions. You will also integrate applications with SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services when required. Utilizing data analytics tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau to support reporting and insights is part of your responsibilities. Participating in Agile ceremonies, conducting code reviews, and engaging in cross-functional collaboration will ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables. Applying secure coding practices, adhering to organizational standards, and staying current with emerging technologies—including AI-driven development tools—are integral to your success. You will also work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
