What will you be doing?

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Virtual Assistant to work closely with our Technical Team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of routine automation, CRM connections, and analytics tasks, enabling our Technical Assistant to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize workflows using Zapier, creating and troubleshooting automation processes
Maintain and enhance CRM connections in HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting
Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights using analytics tools to support decision-making
Document and update workflows, processes, and technical guides for internal use
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to resolve them
Assist in implementing technical solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Provide support for ad hoc technical and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

What will you bring?

Required Skills And Qualifications

Proven experience with HubSpot and Zapier; ability to create, edit, and manage automations and CRM integrations
Strong proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to generate and interpret reports
Basic technical knowledge to support data connections, APIs, or other system integrations
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the DeFi or blockchain sector is a plus
Familiarity with other automation tools or technical software
A keen interest in learning and applying new technologies
