What will you be doing?

As a Compliance VA, you will work closely with Lucia, our Legal Counsel, to ensure that our operations remain compliant and aligned with regulatory standards. This role involves reviewing call recordings, setting up trackers to monitor calls, and promptly identifying potential compliance issues. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's commitment to integrity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze call recordings to identify potential compliance issues
• Create, update, and maintain trackers to monitor call performance and compliance metrics
• Collaborate with Lucia to implement improvements in compliance monitoring processes
• Provide regular updates on compliance trends and findings
• Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and documentation
• Ensure that all compliance-related records are accurate and well-organized
• Stay informed about industry compliance standards and best practices
  
  
  

Requirements

What will you bring?

• Proven experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory environment is preferred
• Excellent English language skills
• Ability to work EST hours
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using tracking tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
