About this role:

As a Creative Programme Manager, you'll work closely with marketers and product teams to plan and manage creative projects. You'll ensure alignment with marketing goals, coordinate resources, and foster strong partnerships with cross-functional counterparts. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by showcasing your strategic and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritise projects based on impact and marketing goals
• Proactively identify and solve problems creatively
• Plan resource needs and coordinate across multiple projects
• Foster trusted relationships with creative and production partners
• Collaborate with Marketers, Media, research, and analytics teams
• Manage creative projects to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate resources and prioritise competing needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in a creative agency or digital product marketing company
• Experience managing marketing and/or product projects, including creative development and alignment with strategy
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with media, research/planning, and analytics disciplines
