Develops the training plan (training strategy, supports, animation), change support plan for the impacted teams.o Production of training materialso Drafting and updating processeso Coordinates all stakeholders and steers the various project activities on change management topics (processes, operating methods, training, communication, etc.)

Manages Risks Issues Dependencies in collaboration with the businessIs involved in the transition to the business teams
