What we are looking for

Hard skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3–5 years)
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
• Ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience removing impediments and fostering continuous improvement
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Very good French skills
