BI / Analytics Consultant

We're looking for an experienced BI / Analytics professional to support performance measurement and strategic decision-making across a range of operational areas. This role is suited to someone with a strong technical foundation and a clear ability to translate business goals into measurable analytical frameworks.

Skills and experience:

• Background in data analysis, working in insights, reporting or performance analytics.
• Strong SQL capability.
• Practical experience using a variety of analysis and information-discovery tools (for example, visualisation, process-focused or performance-tracking platforms).
• Confident in data modelling, including building and maintaining queries.
• Familiarity with large-scale data environments, including working with enterprise data platforms and development environments.
• Experience developing performance and KPI frameworks aligned to business outcomes, and shaping dashboards or reports in partnership with technical teams.
• Ability to interpret complex information and present it in a clear, structured way for diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to improving processes, collaborating closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working within a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
