Selection Criteria

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Data Science and AI model development.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver end-to-end advanced analytics projects.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and/or R, with hands-on experience building scalable models.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and passionate about AI-driven transformation.

Desirable

• PhD in a quantitative field.
• Experience with real-time analytics, streaming data, and/or edge AI deployment.
• Professional certifications in AI/ML technologies or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
