ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible for the fragrance category and Premium offers (La Collection Privee, Fashion accessories, Premium Fragrance offers) and Travel Exclusive offers, by defining potentials for any novelty with Category Manager, recommend product assortment (discontinuation and coding per region), the fragrance marketing plan, the instore communication plan, and the 360 tools & VM material needed for each Beauty launch in collaboration with the forecasting team and the operational Marketing team.
  • Work closely with HQ and the regional operational teams to ensure an impactful, differentiating, relevant and consistent 360 around fragrance launches to maximize the potential in TR Americas
  • In charge of the creation & update of the Fragrance and some tri-axis marketing tools (Assortment Coding, Tester/POSM bibles, In&Out file, LineUp & Coding analysis)
  • Build and compile launch reports and brand performance presentations by working in collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Retail & Marketing teams
  • Monitor top franchises monthly and the full portfolio quarterly
  • Responsible for sending the bi-monthly Newsletter to the TR Americas team by gathering content from all departments and making sure all urgent topics are addressed.
  • Monitor market Travel Retail and Local Market performance: analyze market dynamics and trends to support the brand strategy development (market dynamics, sub-segment breakdowns, top 10 products, the latest trends and emerging brand/products,etc.)
  • Responsible for the execution of media touchpoints’ updates by downloading the content, colorproofing & following up as needed to make sure installations are made on time, and follow up of the payment of the invoices
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement and drive to store in key locations in the US. Analyze performance and KPIs as a use-case test and learn.
  • Deliver engaging and impactful physical presentations to large audiences (50+ people) multiple times per year, including at key retailer commercial meetings.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned


PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED


  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Master’s degree in marketing preferred
  • First previous in-house Marketing experience required (2+years of Marketing experience in the beauty industry, specifically on being an American local affiliate market working with product development teams abroad.)
  • Prestigious Marketing experience preferred and highly interested in fragrance trends
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, leveraging Power BI to drive data-driven decisions through deep insights
  • Presentation Abilities: Demonstrated ability to deliver physical presentations to large audiences
  • Excellent computer skills including excel and PowerPoint
  • Exhibit a keen ability to be proactive as well as handle last minute changes
  • Excellent team player and hands-on mindset
  • Autonomous, adaptable, rigorous


English required. French and/or Spanish highly appreciated.
