What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage day-to-day aspects of Lean-Agile processes for multiple agile teams
• Facilitate agile events such as sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives
• Assist teams in self-organization and foster impediment resolution
• Monitor team performance through metrics and dashboards
• Communicate timelines and dependencies while ensuring alignment with delivery standards
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 5-8 years of cumulative, relevant experience in an Agile environment
• Professional certifications or designations relevant to the role
• Proficient in ADO with the ability to build metrics and dashboards
• High school diploma required

• Experience in implementing best practices to improve products or services
• Familiarity with software delivery and governance processes
