The Role

• Coach and empower high-performing Agile teams to achieve project success and customer satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies among the team and stakeholders
• Implement and strengthen sustainable process improvements utilizing Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Power Suite
• Proactively identify and address challenges to ensure smooth project delivery and accomplishment of sprint goals
• Collaborate on digital strategies, transformation efforts, and software development initiatives
  
  

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, guiding teams to deliver exceptional results
• 3+ years in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, or Kanban
• Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration
• Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
