Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute nuclear projects from initiation through closeout in accordance with U.S. nuclear industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requirements, Department of Energy (DOE) directives (as applicable), state and federal regulations, and workplace standards (e.g., OSHA, ASME, ANSI, ISO, and NQA-1).
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, utilities, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with project objectives and licensing requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies for complex, highly regulated projects.
• Prepare technical reports, regulatory documentation, and status updates for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and clearly communicate progress, risks, issues, and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Nuclear Engineering/Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in nuclear energy, nuclear construction, DOE projects, or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of NRC regulations, DOE requirements, QA/QC programs (e.g., ASME NQA-1), and nuclear safety protocols.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects in highly regulated U.S. environments and work effectively with regulatory authorities and multiple stakeholders.
