Desktop Publisher

Job Summary

The Desktop Publisher is responsible for designing and producing high-quality bilingual (Arabic/English) documents and publications in line with corporate branding and publishing standards. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and previous experience in investment banking or investment management environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, format, and layout professional documents, reports, and presentations in Arabic and English.
• Convert written content into visually engaging layouts using desktop publishing software.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high visual standards across all publications.
• Proofread and finalize content prior to print or digital release.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
• Ensure compliance with copyright, branding, and organizational guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in desktop publishing or document production.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Experience in investment banking, asset management, or financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
