Objective:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective coordination, and strict confidentiality. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English and a minimum of 10 years’ proven experience supporting senior executives in complex, fast-paced environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive secretarial and administrative support to senior leadership.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence.
- Prepare, format, and review high-quality documents, reports, and presentations in Arabic and English.
- Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate board, committee, and senior management meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of executive assistant or executive secretarial experience, supporting C-suite or senior leadership.
- Experience in calendar management, executive communication, document handling, and travel coordination
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive-level document preparation.
