Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (both digital and physical).
- Assist with data entry and updating internal records.
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and office activities.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, documents, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for routine administrative tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Document Controller or Project Administrator, preferably in defense, construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) with strong professional communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of defense or construction documentation standards is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
