Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As part of Infineon’s Power and Sensor Systems (PSS) division, you will play a key role in delivering software solutions that enhance and simplify the interaction between our hardware and customers’ applications.

• Design and develop front-end and back-end GUI applications to support Infineon’s DC/DC power conversion products
• Utilize JavaScript/TypeScript and C++ with the Angular Frontend Development Framework for GUI development and testing
• Validate GUIs with end applications, including multiphase voltage regulators
• Propose and implement innovative features to enhance software functionality
• Create software documentation such as feature definitions, user guides, and white papers
• Ensure high-quality software development through validation processes, robust documentation, and customer alignment
• Lead design and code reviews to identify potential issues early in the development life cycle and deploy GUI software and firmware to Infineon's global customer base
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science (Electrical Engineering background is a plus)
• 3 to 5 years of programming experience with JavaScript or TypeScript (experience with C#, C++, and the Angular framework is a plus)
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming (Python is a plus) and experience creating reusable, testable modules and components using Angular
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems like Jenkins, Agile tools such as Confluence and Jira and lab skills to debug software and firmware interactions with hardware circuits
• Familiarity with UI testing, test automation, serial communication protocols (I2C, PMBus, SPI, UART), and user-friendly UI/UX design principles is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Good level of English
