Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team and lead our software development projects. The Scrum Master will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. This includes helping the team understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication and cooperation between software developers and stakeholders, ensure that the team is on track to meet project deadlines, and help resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
• Act as a servant leader for the Scrum team, helping to remove impediments that obstruct the team’s pursuit of its sprint goals.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging open communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Continually coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles with the aim of increasing team efficiency and productivity.
