Chief of Staff (Remote)

This role serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and founding team of a high-growth portfolio company, driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment across the organization. You will oversee critical projects, streamline operations, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Accountabilities

• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clear communication
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals
• Facilitate planning sessions and workshops to define priorities, actionable steps, and organizational strategies
• Mentor and develop team members, building leadership capacity and supporting career growth
• Streamline processes and implement operational best practices to enhance efficiency and performance
• Develop and monitor performance metrics, ensuring KPIs are achieved and reported regularly
• Drive resource optimization, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, processes, and support

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic roles at startups, private equity, venture capital, or high-growth companies
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with C-Suite executives and senior leadership
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives and managing projects across multiple functions
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools
