We are looking for a curious, analytical, and nimble Product Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to uncover the stories behind product and customer behavior and turn them into clear, actionable insights. This role goes beyond tracking metrics and responding to requests. You will act as a product detective, investigating ambiguous questions, exploring imperfect data, and forming hypotheses to understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what to do next. You will also be a storyteller, able to clearly communicate insights and influence product decisions across technical and non-technical audiences. Your work will directly inform product strategy, experimentation, and improvements to the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Include The Following, But Not Limited To

• Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, including investigating unexpected or ambiguous results.
• Product Metrics: Define, evolve, and track key product metrics and KPIs, balancing long-term measurement with fast, decision-oriented analysis to support product priorities.
• Insight Generation: Proactively translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and narratives that influence product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to help frame questions, support data-driven decision-making, and communicate insights tailored to different audiences.
• Data Quality: Partner with data engineering to understand data structures, event tracking, and analytical schemas, and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis — including working with raw and imperfect data when needed.
• Experimentation: Support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments, helping stakeholders interpret results, understand tradeoffs, and determine next steps.
  
  

Key Criteria

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role, with exposure to working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using data analysis tools such as Python or R. Solid understanding of data structures and analytical datasets.
  
  

Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently frame questions, form hypotheses, and interpret complex or incomplete data to drive actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling stories from data and present findings to both technical and non- technical audiences.
• Product Mindset: Understanding of product development and experimentation processes, curiosity about user behavior, and a passion for improving customer experiences through data.
