The Role

• Assist in tackling architectural and coding challenges, supporting migration, refactoring, and modernization of Azure cloud environments.

• Design, build, test, and deploy robust, maintainable, readable code and APIs, maximizing automation and reliability.

• Analyze requirements, challenge assumptions, and assist in architecting systems aligned with future business needs.

• Drive best practices and standards, identifying and addressing inefficiencies.

• Actively shape our engineering culture by giving direct feedback and adopting new ideas.

• Mentor team members and set visible standards for quality and architectural thinking.

What You'll Need

• 6+ years hands-on experience in C#/.NET, with direct contribution to architectural decisions.

• Strategic, outcome-driven experience in cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs.

• Experience in microservices, distributed architectures, and event-driven integration.

• Practical exposure to messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka in production.

• Basic experience in frontend JS frameworks.

• Ability to challenge company and engineering assumptions, prioritize ruthlessly, and defend technical choices.

• Strong written and spoken English.
