About The Role

We are looking for a Product Team Lead who will own the company website as a product and growth channel. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on coordination across content, design, SEO, and support of product and marketing initiatives.You will be responsible for keeping the website consistent, up to date, and aligned with business priorities, while ensuring high quality of content, UX, and discoverability. The role acts as a central point of coordination between Product, Marketing, Design, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Website ownership

• Own the website structure, content strategy, and visual consistency
• Ensure the website reflects current products, positioning, and priorities
• Maintain a clear backlog of website initiatives and improvements
  
  

Content & Design

• Oversee creation and updates of website content (copy, pages, landing pages)
• Ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and UX across the website
• Coordinate with designers on layouts, visuals, and UI improvements
  
  

SEO & Performance

• Own SEO strategy together with content and design (on-page SEO, structure, metadata)
• Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Identify and prioritize improvements based on data and search performance
  
  

Product & Project Support

• Support product launches and initiatives with website updates and landing pages
• Coordinate timelines and dependencies with Product and Marketing teams
• Ensure website changes are delivered on time and aligned with launch plans
  
  

Process & Governance

• Establish and maintain clear workflows for website updates and approvals
• Ensure requests are scoped, prioritized, and executed consistently
• Drive quality, predictability, and transparency in website-related work
  
  

Requirements

• Experience leading or owning a website in a product or tech-driven company
• Strong understanding of content, UX, and SEO
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work and dependencies
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously
